Or Rihanna’s multiple wardrobe-changes-per-day, each one more jaw-droppingly fabulous. It’s a toughie.

When Grazia spied Rihanna backstage at the Chanel Couture show a few weeks ago, holding hands with the one and only Karl Lagerfeld, a fully-fledged love-in between superstar and superbrand was confirmed. Whether triple cuffing in double-CC logo’d bangles, showering herself in brooches and pearls, wearing Chanel’s camellia flower sneakers or sitting on the famous mirrored stairway in Coco Chanel’s apartment, Riri may not be an official spokesperson for the Parisian fashion house, but she’s certainly redefining a modern Chanel-egance.

Recap Of The Week: It’s A Boy! Plus Pop Art Prints Hit Comic-Con

Posted on March 25, 2014 at 5:11 pm

So a new Prince arrived in town, but believe it or not there was other news happening this week. Check out our round up of the top five things you might have missed this week.

It was the week that…

1. A little thing called THE BIRTH OF THE ROYAL BABY! happened

As you may have heard, Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday. But this isn’t any old baby boy, this is a Prince! And third in line to the throne. We live-blogged every moment of Prince George’s arrival into the world, with details on everything from Kate’s Jenny Packham dress to the sell-out swaddle.

2. Louis Vuitton got a new leading lady

And doesn’t Michelle Williams look swell! The Hollywood beauty works a Marilyn Monroe pout and a tousled blonde mop in the new campaign as well as eyebrows to rival Cara Delevingne’s. We approve very much.

3. The young Samantha Jones was unveiled

The first season of The Carries Diaries was a mixed bag, but there’s one lady set to bring some much needed grit to the show. Step forward Lindsey Gort who’s set to play the young Samantha Jones. If she’s good enough for Kim Catrall…

4. Healthies became the new selfies

Not content with making us feel inferior with their polished red carpet looks, some of the world’s most stylish stars are putting us to shame with their exercise regimes. From Jessica Alba working up a sweat to Miranda Kerr doing some beauty yoga, they’re certainly not afraid of bending over backwards for the camera.

5. Lady Gaga announced her comeback

After that hip operation, Mother Monster will be back to her crowd-shocking ways at next month’s MTV Video Music Awards, where she’s set to perform the first single from her fourth studio album ARTPOP for the first time ever. Meat dress, anyone

And what had you buzzing…

Once again the folk at EDITD have done some number crunching to work out what is the most buzzed about thing on the world wide web this week. It’s hardly a shocker that the Royal Baby was the most talked about thing online, but Comic Con also got you talking. Here’s our infographic on what was trending…

Cameron Diaz Takes A Stake In Pour La Victoire Where She’s Been Named Artistic Director

Posted on March 11, 2014 at 6:23 pm

Cameron Diaz is the latest Hollywood actress to dip her toes – or rather dive head first – into a fashion career. Earlier this year Kate Hudson announced that she was working with Anne Taylor to create a capsule collection based on her personal style, while Katie Homes designs for her own New York-based label, Holmes & Yang, and Chloë Sevigny has been collaborating with trendy boutique Opening Ceremony since 2009.

Not content with merely designing, Diaz has bought a stake in contemporary footwear and accessories brand Pour La Victoire where she has been named Artistic Director. The star, who is already an ambassador for watchmaker Tag Heuer told WWD: “I don’t do endorsements really. This is completely different. Being influential in a brand and in its [advertising] campaigns interests me. I love fashion. It’s a large part of my life. What I wear is looked at. It influences what other people wear because that’s just the world we live in.”

The fact that Cameron is referencing her fashion influence suggests that she might bring some of her own style to Pour La Victoire. She has already been involved in the brand’s Autumn Winter 2013 campaign shot by Terry Richardson and starring Australian model Jessica Hart, but now that her share in the company is confirmed the actress will inevitably have a bigger say in the direction of the advertising and branding.

She explained: “Pour La Victoire gives me the opportunity to create something timeless. There’s a lot I have to learn about the business. I’m interested in learning how collections are created. The word ‘fun,’ I want to say that it’s going to be fun, but it’s deeper than that.”

While Cameron’s first collection won’t hit the rails until spring 2014, Pour La Victoire’s Christmas promos will feature ‘Cameron’s Picks’ – a capsule collection handpicked by the star to be showcased on the brand’s website and social media platforms. Clearly keen to prove that her role at PLV is not just a fleeting daliance with fashion, the actress said, “I can’t speak about anyone else’s work ethic. I know how I work and I know when something is important to me. I’ll try my best and hope for the best. Not everyone succeeds or fails all the time. All I can do is engage with it.”

Cameron, who starred alongside Toni Collette in romantic comedy In Her Shoes plans to start with accessories, working from the ground up. She revealed, “I live in heels 10 hours of the day. I know comfort in shoes. There are some shoes you would die to wear but they are painful. When I was younger, it was a fight to the death with my shoes and who was going to win. I want to have really great, functional shoes that are staples of the line.”

FIRST LOOK: Kelly Osbourne Gives Us A Peek Of Her Engagement Ring On Instagram

Posted on March 9, 2014 at 3:52 pm

Osbourne starlet Kelly last week announced her engagement to boyfriend Matthew Mosshart. While getting her nails pimped with daddy Osbourne, the Fashion Police host papped a photo of her nails; glittering engagement ring impossibe to miss…

The couple, who reportedly got engaged in Anguilla at New Years have been keeping the news under wraps, and what a difficult secret that must have been for the loved-up duo to try and conceal. “I have never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say Matthew and I are co-dependent, but we just want to be together all the time,” Kelly told Hello Magazine. Awww.

The bling-tastic engagement ring was custom designed by Kelly herself, fabricated to look like an earring her superstar father wore: “I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore. I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, ‘I want a ring like that.’ Now I have one!”

“As long as Kelly’s happy, I’m happy,” family matriarch Sharon told Celebuzz. “That’s it. That’s the way it goes. I do happen to adore her boyfriend,” she added.

Looks like our favourite disorderly family are all grown up! Kelly’s engagement comes just months after Jack’s wedding to Lisa Stelly, who’s also the mother of his daughter Pearl. The engagement shouldn’t come as a complete surprise, however, considering Jack did hint at the impending nuptials: “Yes! Kelly is engaged to Matthew, and that will be the next wedding,” he told People back in February.

Niece Pearl is rumoured to be ring-bearer at Kelly’s wedding, suggested to take place at the house in Buckinghamshire where she grew up.

In the gallery below we document some of the most impressive A-list expressions of adoration.

Inside Jenna Lyons’ J.Crew Super-Chic Office: What Does It All Mean

Posted on March 7, 2014 at 8:06 am

There are two things that initially hit you upon viewing these shots of J.Crew’s Jenna Lyons in her office space: firstly, PHWOAR. She looks totally foxy. Secondly, those are new specs, right Jenna’s now signature thick-framed black glasses have become almost second-skin-like; an impenetrable add-on of coolness, that not only have by osmosis found their way onto J.Crew models in presentations, lookbooks and online, but have sparked a thousand copycats across the globe. In these images her specs have taken on a more Terry Richardson guise, as a retro aviator. And before you think it, Mr Richardson did not shoot this for Self Service magazine, but Maciek Kobielski.

So what else can we learn from Jenna’s office

Major interiors skills: The ultra-stylish Jenna has of course done a great job on the decor: chic-ing a probably average space, complete with grey tiled carpeting by popping in a retro-look rug and swapping standard furniture for something more mix’n’match. She’s  not hanging paintings on a wall, but perching her array of artwork against shelving instead; this has a hint of rebel about it, non We like all of these things and will certainly try to implement them at Grazia Towers.

She has the same amount of crap on her desk as most normal people: In fact, it even spreads to the floor, with piles of books/mags and random paper bags competing for floorspace. If this doesn’t mean she’s a normal woman with a busy schedule, nothing does.

Her computer-side accoutrements are cute: Pics of family/friends (we can’t zoom in close enough!) plus a scented candle add those homely flourishes.

It’s moodboard heavy: No wonder she’s full of ideas for these supersize J.Crew collections! No inch of wall has been left corporate and bare; from fabric swatches to torn-out mag pages, Lyons’ den is heaving with inspiration.

Heels in the office are a must: There’s even a spare pair on the floor, just in case a midday outfit swap is in order.

Sometimes she has silly moments: A mad half hour That’ll probably result in this pink furry thing on her head and LOLs. Or maybe this is meeting protocol.

Carine Roitfeld may be an inspiration: Well, she’s got the French fash ed’s tome: Irreverent, on her meeting table, in a pretty prominent place…
